  • My name is Shaun, owner of S.H Photos.

    A specialist photography service in Sport and Leisure Photography, based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

    Primarily focuses upon highlighting and building awareness of individuals, clubs, communities and institutes, in how they are seen and build a professional profile of them in a creative, invigorating way.

    As well as linking to the importance of sport and being active, showing the benefits that they bring to the individual both physical, mental and social.

  • From his early years, Shaun found a passion for art alongside participating within sports from competing in swimming competitions to achieving a black belt in Ju-Jitsu.

    In September 2017, Shaun begun studying Commercial Photography at the University of Derby spending his time perfecting skills and knowledge in capturing sports. Alongside his studies from 2018, Shaun became a known face amongst the sport teams and a key member to Team Derby’s workforce. Volunteering his time to cover a variety of sports both at home and 3 BUCs Nationals Tournaments. Focusing primarily on highlighting and invigorate their teams and individuals’ proudest moments both in game and on the side in a sport-portraiture style.

    In June 2020, Shaun graduated with a First-Class Honours in Commercial Photography. From his time with Team Derby, which allowed him to start networking and expanding his photography to local clubs and opportunities within the sporting community.

    Now to enhancing his career as a photographer and is currently working closely with Pride Park FC Women’s 1st Team , Derby Community Table Tennis and Derby City R.L.F.C.

    He’s also assisted fellow photographers such as Red Saunders with his Hidden Project.
